Ruth Galvin is a Program Manager at Outlier Ventures the global leading Web3 accelerator. In her role, Ruth leads the Walmart Store No.8 dCommerce Base Camp, a global virtual 12-week startup accelerator program. With over eight years of finance, technology and investment experience, Ruth has shaped investment strategies, advised multiple startups and managed partnerships with leading companies and protocols including Walmart, Store No.8, Synergis Capital, KPMG, and Protocol Labs. Prior to Outlier Ventures, Ruth worked at Deloitte Ventures, advising retail and investment banking clients on digital banking activities and led research in quantum computing, web3, and the Metaverse. Ruth also worked at ASB Bank in New Zealand, on key payments innovation and venture activities.
