Rachel Herauf is a Senior Program Manager responsible for supporting founders through the management and execution of the Outlier Ventures Base Camp Program from recruiting, planning and structuring to program exit.
Rachel’s role is to ensure that the program is running smoothly and that the founders are being fully supported. This involves managing program associates, building & engaging the mentor network, coordinating with internal specialists, planning workshops & events, bringing in investors, and overall ensuring the teams are hitting their goals. As Senior Program Manager, Rachel also supports the Program Managers on the execution of their programs and works to ensure there are efficient best practices, processes, tools & resources in place.
Rachel joined Outlier Ventures in February 2020 to work with teams on the second ever Base Camp cohort. Prior to joining Outlier Ventures, Rachel spent almost 5 years in the Oil & Gas Industry in Canada, working for a consulting firm in supply chain management. She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School in London, UK.
