Matt has spent most of his career building teams and growing digital agencies with a focus on innovation, most recently as Worldwide Chief Operating Officer at a creative agency network. Matt has led teams that have been awarded at Cannes, D&AD, the Webby’s and One Show among others. He advises our portfolio on brand strategy, and telling their compelling stories through marketing planning, content, PR and communications.
He is passionate about building inspired and committed teams, and is applying this to the operations of Outlier as it grows, advises our partner companies on their growth strategy, as well as developing our increasing network of commercial, academic and developer communities.
A regular writer and speaker, he has contributed insight and analysis to marketing and business titles such as Campaign Magazine, The Drum, The Times and the Financial Times.
